
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has formed a 73-member Central Coordination Committee to oversee its upcoming National Convention, scheduled for March 27-28, 2026. Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State chairs the committee, with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State as Vice Chairman and Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State as Secretary.
The committee includes prominent figures like Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and former national chairmen Bisi Akande, Adams Oshiomhole, Abdullahi Adamu, and Abdullahi Ganduje. Other members are Ministers Mohamed Idris Malagi and Christopher Musa, and several governors and lawmakers ¹ ² ³.
The committee will handle logistics, accreditation, security, and inter-agency coordination for the convention, expected to elect new National Working Committee members and set the party’s leadership and strategy for the 2027 general elections.
