Hon. Dr. Hussaini Suleiman Kangiwa (Sarkin Arawan Kabi) has formally resigned from his position as the Board Chairman of Adamu Augie College of Education, Argungu, with immediate effect.
The resignation, which was communicated to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State through the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), is in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), and the Electoral Act, in line with prevailing legal and constitutional requirements.
Hon. Dr. Kangiwa previously contested for the position of Senator representing Kebbi North Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the ruling party.
In his letter of resignation, he expressed profound gratitude to His Excellency for the confidence reposed in him and the opportunity to serve under the present administration. He described his tenure as a great honour and privilege, noting that he contributed his quota to the development and progress of Kebbi State during his time in office.
Hon. Dr. Kangiwa also reaffirmed his continued respect and support for the administration of the Executive Governor and wished the government sustained success in its efforts toward the advancement of Kebbi State.
