The Kano State Police Command has opened a full probe into the murder of Ladan Malam Zubairu, who was found with his throat slit inside Yusuf Garko Mosque on December 15, 2025.
Authorities recovered the victim’s severed throat from the suspect’s pocket, and both bodies were taken to Mohammed Abdullahi Wase Teaching Hospital for autopsy.
In a swift reaction, the Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Adamu Bakori ordered a thorough investigation and urged residents to remain calm and cooperate with law enforcement .
