Condolences are pouring in for the late Sani Jaman, a retired officer and security aide to Senator Wammakko, who passed away at 58 after a brief illness. Senators and dignitaries, including ex-governors Danjuma Goje and Adamu Aliero, have visited Wammakko to offer their sympathies.
Sani Jaman was buried according to Islamic rites and is survived by his mother, Hajiya Sadiya, two wives, and seven children.
His death is being described as a big loss to Senator Wammakko and those around him. It will be recalled that Senator Yari also paid similar visit to him.
