KEDCO workers have finally called off their strike after a meeting at the Kano State Ministry of Power on 23 Jan 2026.
The deal includes paying the 2019 13th‑month arrears (about ₦150 million) and a ₦20 million appraisal bonus, plus a commitment to settle the 2025 13th‑month salary (around ₦174 million) in February 2026 alongside regular pay.
Both sides signed a no‑victimisation clause, and they’ll reconvene with the NLC to sort out any leftover issues.
