Nigeria has the highest number of private jets in Africa, Minister of Aviation Festus Keyamo has revealed. Keyamo made the announcement during a visit to Montreal, Canada, where he met with major aircraft manufacturers to discuss ways to boost Nigeria’s aviation industry.
The minister highlighted the potential for private jet ownership to attract investment, facilitate aircraft acquisition, and enhance aviation security. He emphasized the federal government’s goal of integrating Nigerian aviation stakeholders with global manufacturers like Boeing and Airbus.
