President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) expression of interest and nomination forms ahead of the 2027 general election, following calls from various political support groups urging him to seek a second term.
James Faleke, who received the forms on behalf of multiple support groups within the APC, said the move was aimed at consolidating resources and mobilising broad-based support for the president.
He said the groups were committed to backing Tinubu to build on what they described as his “measurable achievements” across key sectors of the economy and governance.
