Before joining Kaduna Electric, Hashidu served as Managing Director of the North East Development Commission (NEDC) and Yola Electricity Distribution Company. His leadership skills earned him a spot on the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (NERC) Initial Stakeholders Advisory Panel, a testament to his industry influence.
